About East West Express Lighting & Electric
East West Express Lighting & Electric is a licensed electrical contractor based in East Moriches, New York. Andrew has been doing electrical work for nine years. For most of that time he worked on his own; in 2024 he earned his Suffolk County electrician's licence, formed the company, and started hiring. Today it is Andrew and a crew of three, and he still quotes every job himself.
The name says what the business was built on. Lighting was the first work: recessed layouts, landscape lighting, the fixtures people see every day. The rest followed because customers asked: panels that could not take another circuit, chargers for the new car, generators after a long outage, a service mast pulled loose in a storm. The company now does all of it, and the emergency calls in between.
What you can expect
Licence and insurance
Suffolk County electrical licence #70709, issued to Andrew. The company is fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for any job that needs one. Permits are pulled in whichever town or village the work is in; the inspection is part of the quote.

From East Moriches we cover the East End: Westhampton is fifteen minutes away, Hampton Bays about half an hour, Southampton under forty minutes, Riverhead about twenty-five. The service areas page lists every hamlet; if yours is not there, call anyway.
